How did you start your business?
I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey when I recognized a promising opportunity amidst a challenging situation. During my tenure at my previous employer, discussions about outsourcing the HR department arose. Management approached me with this concept, and I seized the moment to launch my own business. As a result, my former employer became Cogent’s inaugural client. However, my family is the cornerstone of my strength in successfully running the business.
Can you provide a brief overview of your brand/company?
Cogent HR Services Pvt Ltd has a decade of experience as a recruitment specialist. Our primary focus is on technical positions within both IT and non-IT sectors. Over the years, we’ve cultivated partnerships with more than 70 clients and have effectively placed over 500 candidates across various industries. Our core expertise lies in recruiting for technical niche positions, particularly in the fields of IT and automobile R&D.
How do you distinguish your business in the market?
Cogent stands out as a team of dedicated technical recruiters committed to identifying the perfect talent for our clients. Our specialty lies in niche technical roles. To maintain a high hiring success rate, we invest significant time in understanding our clients’ technical domains and company culture. Subsequently, we employ a rigorous screening process and harness the power of social media, our extensive database, and professional networks. We act as our clients’ brand ambassadors, placing their culture and values at the forefront. Simultaneously, we adopt a candidate-centric approach, ensuring that individuals can build fulfilling careers through our opportunities.
