She is internationally certified image consultant from conselle institute of USA. Brand management certified from University of London. She currently serves as the outreach lead for the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), India Chapter, a global organisation, which has a presence in 65 countries, Here she leads a team to promote the power of facilitation practices, methodologies, and tools for holistic development of society. In 2014, Brunda earned recognition as a recipient of the Limca Record for leading a team in shared leadership for promoting image standards and its importance across various parts of Pune city. In addition to her IAF role, she served as the first chapter president of the Pune chapter for the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA) in India in 2018. Her dedication to advancing image standards and social impact within the industry earned her recognition, including winning the Social Impact Award by IMPA in the same year.
