What is the objective of your business?

What was the objective of business when you started?

What is the position of business for your life?

What is return of Business (ROB) to your life?

How business had added value in your life?  you to your family?

Business is your medium or objective?

What freedom business had given to you?

How simple business made life?

Are you owner or slave of your business? (Don’t answer this question what on documents but your life reality)

I am sure some of the questions might had confused you.

There are many businessmen whose life is only business only, do not have life apart from business.

I am not surprised; I know that many of you might got puzzled.

Purpose of business:

But just rewind back to that time when you started thinking about a business, think about what was your objective? Why you were thinking about starting business?

Question is whether you completed your objective? are you progressing toward your objective or you lost your objective.

I am just tossing some ideas to you, the whole purpose of activities whatever you do to earn money, whether it is a job or providing a job the main purpose is to get a freedom in life, to enjoy the life the way you want. Am I right?

Do you your family is happy with your business?

Do your children would love to join the same business you are in?

Just think about it.

If it’s not, just thought about why not, why your family is not happy with your business, they are happy selectively, only when something good happens in your business, some success you get and not about the daily activities.

What is an impression of your business to family stress? Anxiety? Uncertainty? Compromised life? Complicated? Not in control? Money problems? People problems? Government problems?

Many businessmen do have stress induced Diabetes, BP and other psychosomatic disorders. It is for which you started business?

I think You started business because you love business, because you want to get a freedom.

If this is the case then where you missed? business is a way how you can make money but then there should be some purpose of money to your life.

If you lost the main purpose, why you started business then you lost everything.

If you were not having any purpose in mind or don’t have one then today is a time to set one for you.

The purpose should drive your business.

There are many people who actually called themselves, owner of the business but are slave to their own business.

They don’t have their wishes, don’t have their freedom of life.

Are you slave or owner?

Almost everything is controlled by business. If following things are true then you might be slave.

Your business is rich than you.

Most of the time you think about business.

If time comes you choose business over your family priorities.

When you are at business you don’t know how time flies but with family mostly its argument time.

When you are on holidays only physically, business worries are with you.

 Why this happens?

This happens because most businessmen fail to understand that, business and personal life are 2 different things, business is a separate entity, it has its own emotions, targets and life, so do your personal life.

Business and personal life should run parallel. There should not be interference. No family member including your spouse will be happy with this interference in personal life.

And majorly it happens when it comes to finances, in materialistic life money is very important factor.

What is solution?

First thing to understand that you are owner, business is for you.

In a same way, as you have vision and mission of your business adopt one for your life.

As setting goals for business set for life.

Communicate with your spouse and family regularly about their wishes, create a wish list in all different aspects of life.

Build a business strategy around your personal wish list.

Run your business around your Life and not the other way around.

Enjoy the freedom of life, that’s the real success.
