Give us a brief introduction about the company?
Tejas Kulkarni: Ours is an Information Technology company. We provide services like Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Application Development. We create and design websites for businesses and help them to rank on Google using SEO & social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
In the year of 2015 when E-commerce and online shopping were prospering, Mr. Tejas planned to serve the society with different food items and related businesses through his online platform called – ‘justfamousdeal.com’. But due to inadequacy of capital and other financial sources resulted in a setback of business and he had to cut off the deal. But this was taken as a positive sign which strengthened him in his online portal business which now vigorously provides online services through which the “Easy2IT Solutions” company was established
Would like to know about the company’s ideal customer and your approach towards them?
There is a limitation for the word ‘Customer’, says Mr.Tejas. He feels that the person to whom we meet may not be our direct customer, but who advertises our business is a helpful customer for us. To create new customers, we have to provide excellent services to the present customers through which they are multiplied. In this age, Social Media is an excellent way to collect ‘New Customers’.
Tell us about your work culture?
Pranoti Kulkarni: In our working sector, we have to keep excellent relationships between our customers and at the same time with our employees. Every businessman always has a doubt, whether he may suffer loss even though he has maintained good relations with customers and employees. It’s my experience that the maximum working women are appointed, the maximum development will be derived.
A satisfied customer creates new customers for us who is a sure marketing officer for us. We should rightfully ask our satisfied customers about the services. These experiences should be told to other new customers which should be treated as our capital. Business should be ‘customer-oriented’ because the services which we are rendering are valuable and from which we assume the need for our present services. Service factor is a very important one because when we sell, we get connected with the consumer and the future of our business depends on how we provide services to them.
What you will say about your USP?
To remain in the business and show our existence, we have to create and implement new ideas. Our plans should be innovative and totally different from others even though they may seem similar to the competitors. We have succeeded in adding new businesses and customers through social media.
Any obstacles for the company this year? How do you plan to overcome them?
Tejas: As they say, experience is the most important teacher from which you learn a lot and so did we. The prejudiced mindset of Marathi people to run or to be in a business has been a hurdle in the business environment. But by overcoming these difficulties you are near to the success. It has normally been observed that whenever new innovations are to be implemented, it is hard to get employees with required and right skill sets, due to which we have to work hard for which we must be prepared under the situation we must render the best services and should see that customers are satisfied.
What is your Business Mantra?
An idea is not enough for doing any type of business. The number of ideas should be implemented so that your dream will come true.
A true businessman should possess Honesty, Perseverance, Hard work, Smart work, and Managerial traits. To become a successful businessman, one should have a plausible tongue and should be calm and quiet. Due to this, you can defeat the critical situation. I feel that one should have the determination and endurance to run an outstanding business. Also one should take bold decisions confidently. One has to take the risks and he may experience stress which he has to manage and it should not affect his business. He should have financial knowledge and be able to manage to invest the money in the business itself. Then and then only, the business will grow. Also, you must be confident and have leadership skills. You should support your team always and encourage it. The bonding in both reflects the quality of the business. The team members should be convinced in such a manner that they are not only salaried persons but also part and parcel of the business.
Milestones of the company till the date?
Pranoti: To raise the capital for business is a big obstacle. But I feel that if a person is skillful he can overcome any situation. So our responsibility is to innovate new sources.

To search complementary information about the business models and Information technology to improve ourselves and utilize them in the needed programs.
Participation in any social events?
Yes, of course! We are always ready to help needy and poor students and arrange computer workshops for them. Recently we helped a Mumbai based NGO to create their website at a very little cost. The Manjhi Skilling Foundation also helps needy people to become self-reliant.
