After completing his MBA from MIT, he began his career at Sony India as Regional Head. While he excelled in a corporate role, his deeper aspiration was always entrepreneurship. In 2006, he launched an import-export venture connecting India with UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia, gaining insights into international trade and business operations.
During this period, Mithilesh developed a keen interest in the lighting industry, captivated by its blend of technology, design, and human experience. By 2010, this vision materialized into Lighting Unlimited, a company dedicated to delivering world-class lighting & automation solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and urban sectors.

With a compact but highly skilled team of six, Lighting Unlimited combines agility with expertise, collectively bringing over 80 man-years of experience. The team serves architects, lighting consultants, interior designers, electrical engineers, and end-users with equal proficiency.
