Brief introduction about your brand/company :

Madhura holds a master’s degree in Foreign Trade and an MBA degree in International Business from Wales university UK. She started her career in the Export field working with various manufacturing industries in Pune. After working for years in the export field she became an entrepreneur when she founded Export Minds. Experience in Handling Exports sales and International Business Development in APAC, African, American, Europe, and UAE Markets for Agriculture and farming material Industry. The startup aims to provide Export consultancy services to SMEs and help them to go into International Markets by handling their export sales.

She faced many challenges and struggles to work in the same industry as it was not so easy working with so many different people, and teams and managing them under one roof. At a certain point, people use say u should have selected easy career options or you should switch to a different profile because export is not your cup of tea. But then I decided to never give up on my passion learned things struggle hard took a decision to start my own consultancy services to change people’s perspective towards the export industry.

• Got selected and successfully completed Peace Ambassador wholesome Leadership training program at Asha center Gloucestershire UK.
• Performed as Group Leader for the Leadership training program at Asha center Gloucestershire UK.
