Heritage India Communications Pvt Ltd is a social enterprise with a difference. The company was set up in 2007 with the primary aim of creating awareness about India’s rich legacy and thus nurture pride in our national identity. we have been doing this through various media, including publications, heritage tours & walks, online courses, workshops and lecture series.
What is your USP?
We are probably one of the first private companies to work in this field, one of the very few to have published an international quality magazine for 5 years dedicated solely to the heritage of India and to have published ‘Maharashtra Unlimited’ for 5 years dedicated to the State of Maharashtra. Our trips are specially curated to encompass not just built heritage but also our intangible heritage like arts & crafts, performing arts, cuisine and so on.
What are the benefits of your services to society ?
India is a treasure trove of heritage and culture and is one of the few countries in the world where the past remains inextricably linked to the present. The wealth of heritage spanning the ages, in terms of personalities, monuments, architecture, arts & crafts, performing arts, history and culture cannot be measured. And yet, there is a dearth of information about our heritage available to the lay person. Our company is striving hard to fulfill this need.
What is your Business (Success) Mantra?
Koshish karne walon ki haar nahi hoti. We believe that: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” and that “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” And so, we KEEP AT IT.
