Meeting with Maushmi Thakore Divekar was like basking in a rare combination of power and grace, her delicate frame throbbing with tremendous life force. Even before the conversation started, I could sense her intense core but at the same time a deep flowing warmth and love. Her philosophy of life is simple “Do good or Do nothing”. Maushmi has a fierce sense of purity in her intention and gratitude. A strong believer in Karma, she believes in the law of giving is more than the joy of receiving. The Universe operates as constant flow and exchange and you will receive what you give. She is an example of being brutally honest and true to her feelings, and that intention reflects in her work, a true Karmyogini.

However, no matter what she was able to manifest and achieve, there was this constant urge to give more, to have more impact, to reach out to more people, and to make this place a bit better for everyone. Maushmi is a Law Graduate. She started with a humble sales job at Eureka Forbes while pursuing her graduation. She was born to lead, every year exceeding the very milestones she had set for herself. She marched on with a never say die attitude. In a corporate career, spread across 27 years Maushmi served some of India’s top business houses in various leadership capacities in different industries such as finance, automobiles, and insurance. She also climbed up the corporate ladder to senior positions and has received umpteen accolades and recognitions in the corporate world. The success mantra for her is Dream big.. they have funny ways of coming true”

Maushmi enjoys all roles in her life to the brim of fulfillment, reverence for her father who made her what she is today. Her joy and strength come from her daughters Ayushi and Sarah. But even this lioness tires after a long hunt, and at such times her daughters who are more like friends boost up her spirits which brings a smile to her tired face.
