As a practicing labour law consultant I am supposed to do lot of registrations and compliance of the establishments like firms, companies, schools, Hotels, Restaurants etc. While doing so It was noticed in over 29 years that the laws listed in the book i.e. “The Handbook of 21 Major Laws for the Businessmen” are required to be followed by these establishments. If not followed properly, the establishments have to suffer heavy expenses on account of penalties or interest damages levied by the government and sometimes it leads to criminal proceedings as well.

I further, noticed that there are some books available on these subjects are either of complex nature or of high value. When a need arises the person will go and buy the books from shop and can enhance his understanding or skills (this should be the ideal scenario). This ignited a thought in my mind that if such a book is made available in the market it will help many. The people who are starting new business, existing business owners, C.A.’s, Advocates, Company Secretaries, HR/IR/Admin Managers even management students etc. if they read this book and keep it in their own their table as a reference book their life will become easy and the decision making in establishment can become easy as well. This was and is the motive behind writing and publishing this book. May my wish come true.
