But Trupti, satisfied in Sanskrit, was the least bit satisfied. Working on everything that goes into making her a professional, from looks to language, she has climbed the corporate ladder, one step at a time. But while others too grew only to turn their backs on their roots, she didn’t. From going door-to-door selling banking solutions to climbing the ladder and heading some of Pune’s largest automotive showrooms to other responsibilities, she has held a range of responsibilities in the space of a decade and done justice to all. It would have continued, and Posimind Consulting would have never happened had it not been for daughter Esha! In her formative years, Trupti toured extensively while on the job- realizing today, with a tinge of guilt, that she missed her daughter’s growing up years. To make up for it, she cut back from the corporate world.

Her MBA specializations in Marketing, Sales, and HR (yes, THREE specializations!) over the years, as well as the connections she formed over the years, helped her make the transition. Posimind Consulting LLP happened in the year 2014.
