Education and Early Days
Manik’s success as an architect in large parts can be attributed to her strong educational foundation. She accomplished her Bachelor of Architecture in Architectural Designing & Planning from one of Pune’s foremost, the BKPS College of Architecture in the year 2007.
After graduating from BKPS, it was time for the one thing expected most from her trade: experience. Working tirelessly with various architectural firms, Manik gained invaluable experience that is most visible in her work today. These experiences honed her skills and expanded her understanding of the industry, preparing her for the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.
The Birth of ShilpShastra
ShilpShastra, Manik Supekar’s brainchild, was born in the year 2021 out of a desire to create something beyond structures. In the ensuing years, architecture at ShilpShastra has evolved into an extension of its users, clients, and even admirers.
