She pursued her dreams as an interior designer and set up her own company, in the name of Nia Home Décor, in 2017. They also provide customized workspaces which are tailor-made as per the clients’ requirements and dreams. Mrs. Madhura’s company also provides services in space management, theme assortment, modular kitchens, unique designs styling for interior and exterior, and ambiance establishment. As a child, she had a keen interest and was fascinated by interior decorations. Her parents educated her as a computer engineer. She worked in MNC, but she always carried her passion for interior designing and creating dreams at the back of her mind. In 2017, she finally decided to pursue her dreams and set up her own company of home décor and interior designing. She balanced her personal and professional life very skillfully by following a systematic and organized schedule. She never hesitated to start from scratch in this competitive world and was supported by her husband at the commencement of the new venture. In addition, her mother-in-law encouraged and supported her in every step of her decision and activity. 

She has a great passion for music and musical instruments and learned to play tabla and katthak. She has a good ear for music especially gazals and old songs. She also loves cooking. She focused on her fitness as she believes ‘healthy minds create miraculous results. One of her hobbies was modeling. Initially, it was challenging for her to create her brand as an entrepreneur while shifting the focus from modeling to her dream vision as an interior designer.
