Simplicity brings positivity and a strong sense of elegance!

Everyone everywhere wants to visit places that have relaxed air about them, besides, of course, a strong sense of positivity.

It could be a restaurant, a cinema hall, a salon, someone’s home, or even a dentist’s clinic. What we look for are places we feel relaxed and positive in.

For Mahesh B Mane, owner of Eternal M Creations, it all started way back in 2007-8 when he helped people get properties and interiors of their choice. A Commerce Graduate by education from Pune’s famed Ness Wadia College, his hobbies include painting and photography, which gave him a perspective of colours and shades, and how one could make things look different just by changing colours, shades, and artefacts! Applying his hobbies to his budding interest in interiors, he realized he had a knack to make things (and places!) stand out!

In time he realized the need for a formal qualification and did a Diploma in Interior Designing from the Amtech Institute of Technology in Pune. With a formal qualification under his belt, Mahesh B Mane and Associates came into being in 2010, which became Eternal M Creations P Ltd. in 2017.

In the space of a decade from 2010 to 2019, Mahesh B Mane & Assoc, and later Eternal M Creations Pvt Ltd, has gone from strength to strength and created magic for close to 500 entities, be they house-owners, restaurants, salons or even clinics. The majority of these, close to about 380, are residential projects which range from modest 1BHK flats to fabulous 6 BHK bungalows in places as far apart as Pune, Kolhapur, Nashik, Satara and Ahmednagar. In these, the firm has shown its Eternal Creativity by making homes out of houses, and adding warmth to otherwise cold, commercial entities such as bars, salons, and clinics!

You could be excused for oversight if you thought Eternal M Creations is only about designing interiors in residential spaces! A good 70+ projects consist of salons, some with world-renowned names, and about 30 being restaurants, including the likes of Pune’s famed Kapila Group, myriad Bars, Sheeshas, Italian restaurants, Multi-cuisine restaurants, etc., and hospitals, specifically (dental clinics and path labs). With a decade behind them having accomplished some of Pune’s most talked-about projects, they have gained a level of expertise like none, which is quite evident in the way business comes their way- mostly thru client referrals.

Speaking of services that Eternal M Creations specialize in, for restaurants and hotels, they go beyond the normal that Interior Designers do. They even help their clients derive a niche for themselves, which helps with branding them better. And that is not all! They also help with brand-building and branding exercises and have done everything from logo-designing to selecting colour schemes and themes for their clients. In a sense, they help enhance the visibility of a brand across its clientele and genre.

He is, in fact, so positive that he plans to recruit a dozen people to increase market presence and sales! His take on legal tangles is that they are for the betterment of the economy and the trade, and though they appear to slow things down, only help in the long run.

It’s said that standing behind every successful business person is his team! At Eternal M Creations too, there’s a core team that tries to understand the psyche of a client down to its minutest details to give solutions that hit the bulls-eye every time! Client-meets here aren’t about great biscuits and chic cutlery. It’s about reading a client’s needs to the last detail and coming up with suggestions to last a lifetime. Every year just before the end of the financial year, a meeting of the entire team is held to chalk out strategies for the coming year.
