Vaishali Varnekar is blessed with a multifaceted personality. She is a well-known name in the event management profession, and is the Author of the famous Marathi book titled ‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa’, and “Samrudhichya Watewar” that has sold over 7000 copies in a short span of time.

Vaishali is a popular organizer and compere for social, cultural and political shows and events. With her mesmerizing persona she impresses every person she comes across.

Vaishali has been brought up in a business family. Her parents and her brother have always been supportive and encouraged her to follow her dreams. She has learnt the correct values of discipline and helping others through her Scouts & Guides activity where she was involved from a very young age. The Scouts & Guides movement imbibed two excellent qualities in Vaishali. One is self-esteem and another is working hard to achieve your dreams.

The Scouts & Guides movement was her passion and she was an active Girl Guide till her marriage. At the young age of 14, Vaishali was selected to represent India in the Scouts & Guides jamboree in Germany. She also has the distinction of being awarded The President s Award for Best Girl Guide in 1988.

Vaishali graduated in Arts from the University of Pune and the successfully completed her B.Lib from the University of Pune in 1992.

As a testimony to her multifaceted personality, Vaishali has worked for more than 12 years on All India Radio as an Announcer. She has been associated with Doordarshan for six years. She has been interviewed on the ‘Hello Sakhi’ program on Doordarshan twice. Vaishali is blessed with a well-modulated voice that has helped her compere very large shows & events across India. She has received praise for her voice modulation by none other than the late Shri. Sunil Dutt and Ms. Pinaz Masani.

Exploring her dreams further, Vaishali ventured into the event management business. She is proudly associated with the Pune Festival, Sharniwarwada Festival, and many well-known festivals organized in Hyderabad, Raipur, Nagpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi etc. She has organized events with many stars from Bollywood and the Marathi film industry. Some of these famous personalities are Poonam Dhillon, Pinaz Masani, Jackie Shroff to name a few.

Besides this she has organized many political programs and events, sharing the dais with political icons like Shri. Sharad Pawar, Late Shri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shri. Manohar Joshi etc.

Vaishali has been organizing corporate events successfully for several years now. In addition to this, she has organized a total of 17 shows of the world renowned Ghazal Maestro Ghulam Ali in India, who now acknowledges her as his daughter in India.

Vaishali owns and manages ‘Aatmajyot Publications’ that has published 24 books – all on spiritual subjects. Additionally, she is the Woman Wing’s Head for Western Maharashtra, for the well-known Business Networking Club “The Saturday Club”. She is the Chairperson of the Karhade Brahmin Benevolent Foundation and is the Joint District Secretary for Events in The Rotary Club.
