Since the nineteenth century females emerged from their cocoon to fly freely and make their own mark in various fields and sectors. Women were underrepresented in electrical and mechanical sectors, but today they are successful entrepreneurs in all fields.

Mrs. Rohini Patil is one of the few electrical engineers who are successful entrepreneurs. Her company is based in the metro city of Pune. She is widely recognized as one of the most influential women in her field of business. Mrs. Rohini is a confident, innovative, hardworking entrepreneur who has the capability of achieving self-economic independence. She has vast experience of 22 years and is the founder of R. P. Associates which deals with MEP, Civil and Structural Design Consultancy.

At the initial stage of her life, she carried the sole responsibility of taking care of her family. Her husband served in the Indian Navy and hence the family was always relocated to various cities. Mrs. Rohini kept herself updated and occupied by pursuing Diploma in Business Management (DBM), Masters in management science (MMS), and finally postgraduate diploma in Project Management (PGDPM). She is blessed with two wonderful daughters. She balances her personal and professional life with great expertise.

Mrs. Rohini strived hard to gather rich knowledge on various mechanical and electrical aspects by working tenaciously for years in various organizations. She worked in Suzlon infrastructure Ltd on PAN India level for various demanding tasks as a talented technocrat. She started her days early, worked until late at nights and was confident that problems could be solved with perseverance and consistent dedication.

Mrs. Rohini struggled her way up the ladder of challenges and obstacles with strong willpower and immense talent in her profession. She stood out amongst all the males and created her unique identity through her dynamic knowledge and dedication. She felt an internal source of energy driving her to start something of her own. She wanted to create the best and make it work. She finally decided to set up her empire where her dedication would not be compared and questioned.

In June2016 she founded her own company R.P. Associates. RPA is the brainchild of Mrs. Rohini. Her organization’s vision is to bring a change in perfection by implementing simple and innovative solutions, Green sustainable designs and IOT based solutions in the least cost.

An old proverb says ‘Behind every successful Man there is a Woman.’ In today’s era ‘Behind every successful Woman is her Family, Dedication and focused Hard-work’.

Mrs. Rohini’s mother inspired her since childhood to take part in every competition, be it drawing, singing, or sports and try again and again till shesucceeded and achieved her goal. This inspiration created a dynamic and successful entrepreneur out of her. Being an electrical engineer, she had the inner core talent of being innovative and creative.As a designer, she puts her best knowledge and believes in using her skill to give the best values in least cost.Her husband has always given her support and encouragement during her challenging phases.  She balanced her personal and professional front with perfection and dedication.
